Machining high-performance thermoplastics requires dedicated thermal and stress management. We process Victrex® PEEK (450G, GF30, CA30), Medical-Grade PEEK, PTFE, PVDF, PCTFE, PPS, PEI (Ultem®), PAI (Torlon®), and Optical PMMA (Acrylic) using controlled intermediate annealing cycles and plastic-dedicated cutting tools to prevent warping, cracking, and coolant contamination. Analytical and diagnostic fluidics cannot tolerate dead volume or internal particulate contamination. We specialize in multi-axis cross-hole drilling, precision sealing surfaces (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm), precision metric/UNF/NPT micro-threads, and 100% microscope-verified burr-free internal intersections for valve blocks and manifolds. Alongside engineering plastics, our 4-axis and 5-axis CNC centers machine 316L & 17-4PH Stainless Steel, Titanium Alloys (Ti-6Al-4V / Grade 5), Aluminum (6061-T6, 7075-T6, Mic-6 Cast Plate), Brass, and Oxygen-Free Copper with positional tolerances down to ±0.005 mm.
